Public, commercial and industrial structures

In designing public space, the Architect becomes – in addition to his talent, professionalism and experience – like a civil servant. The right balancing of the customer’s needs, a given budget and the user’s (the public or other designated user) interest, under a suitable architectural “language” conceived by the Architect, is key to producing excellent public structures.
The Office has great experience in designing Homes for the Elderly and other special needs populations, a School for children with special needs, community centers and youth clubs, a nursing hospital and separate nursing wards, many types of commercial buildings and office buildings (from small structures to mega-projects), industrial structures and factories both in urban and rural surroundings, commercial structures in a historic preservation environment, and more…

Every project is assigned a task force including, in addition to Yosi, an Architect in charge with experience relevant to the project, and additional team members needed to produce the required plans. Yosi serves as Chief Designer, conducts preliminary and conceptual design, assigns relevant project consultants and promotes the permitting process versus the relevant authorities.
The Architectural “language” of the structure, its form and character, is a result of teamwork. Young, talented architects are working together with more experienced ones, and the results are modern structures, with unique presence, and a high level of satisfaction from users.
